There's no place like X1 The Campus when it comes to location! It's a great position for students and working people alike, being only a 5-minute walk from Salford Crescent station, a stone's throw from Frederick Road Campus, and only a 10-minute walk from the University of Salford.
Features:
X1 Studio apartments are available at the Campus student accommodation in Salford. The kitchens are fully equipped and the units are furnished. The X1 staff will assist you with your move. Residents have access to the gym, there is security, and a lift is available in the facilities. There is a Wi-Fi connection available.
Room Type:
X1 The Campus is a fresh new building that features contemporary studio apartments that are all completely furnished to a high quality. You can choose from Standard Studio, Large Studio, and Penthouse Studio.
Payment info & policies
Booking Fee: £250 to confirm your booking (will be refundable at the end of your tenancy)
Installment Plan:
Below 6 months tenancy - pay upfront in full
6 month tenancies or longer - Monthly, 3 instalments (Sept/Jan/April). All will be subject to landlord approval.
Guarantor: UK based guarantor required.
Cancellation Policy
From the day that the application form is accepted by the landlord and they are uploaded to our referencing portal, the applicant has 15 days to complete the process and then we have the right to cancel the application should there not be a valid reason (issue with referencing process or we have an extension agreed by the landlord).
Also if references fail then the application may be cancelled if no other option is suitable.
