Booking Fee: £350 to confirm your booking (will be refundable at the end of your tenancy)
Installment Plan:
Below 6 months tenancy - pay upfront in full
6 month tenancies or longer - Monthly, 3 instalments (Sept/Jan/April). All will be subject to landlord approval.
Guarantor: UK based guarantor required.
House Policies
Cancellation Policy From the day that the application form is accepted by the landlord and they are uploaded to our referencing portal, the applicant has 15 days to complete the process and then we have the right to cancel the application should there not be a valid reason (issue with referencing process or we have an extension agreed by the landlord). Also if references fail then the application may be cancelled if no other option is suitable. Platform Fee Refund You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of payment, after which platform fees will not be refunded
