Installment Plan: 4 instalments, with the option to pay in 1 or 2 instalments if preferred.
Guarantor: UK Based Required
The student may cancel the agreement by giving the property written notice of their intention to do so within 7 days from the date of acceptance of the agreement, however there will be no refund of any paid deposit.

All our properties are non-smoking throughout. There are usually outside areas for you to smoke with ashtrays provided.
We do not allow any pets at Beehive. We are not built to take animals and its not fair on them. Please leave your pets at home, they will look forward to seeing you when your back!
A UK-based guarantor is required unless you are able to pay in 2 installments (as opposed to the normal 4 installments).
