6 month tenancies or longer - Monthly, 3 instalments (Sept/Jan/April). All will be subject to landlord approval.

Cancellation Policy
From the day that the application form is accepted by the landlord and they are uploaded to our referencing portal, the applicant has 15 days to complete the process and then we have the right to cancel the application should there not be a valid reason (issue with referencing process or we have an extension agreed by the landlord).
Also if references fail then the application may be cancelled if no other option is suitable.
