Intro

This accommodation proffers 3-bed & 4-bed en-suite apartment and studios. It is a secure facility with CCTV and secure key access. Irrespective of room choice a bed and Wi-Fi connection will be provided.
This accommodation is ideal for students enrolled in the University of Liverpool and Liverpool John-Moores University. Liverpool Central is the nearest train station. There are a number of bus stops within walking distance. Several eateries, pubs and cafe are situated in the vicinity. The Royal Liverpool University Hospital is the nearest medical centre.
A TV room and a laundry are provided for the students to relax in. A management team is on-site for the residents assistance.

Payments

Booking with us is simple, we won't ask you to pay any deposits or upfront costs! All you need to do is complete an online form. We'll ask you your name, number and email (all the usual personal details) and how you'd like to pay. After that's all done, and we've accepted your booking, you'll be sent an offer of accommodation. We'll send you a link to complete some further details and access your tenancy agreement which you'll need to sign and return to us within 10 days and then that's it. You've booked a room. Congrats! You will need to make your first payment 10 days before your move in date. If you are unable to move in please advise your accommodation manager as you are legally bound to pay your full year's rent upon signing your tenancy agreement. If you're paying your rent in installments, you'll need a guarantor. That gives us and you the security that your rent will be paid in full.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you decide to leave during your contracted term, we might be able to release you from your tenancy agreement. But only if these conditions are met: You agree not to transfer or sublet the tenancy to anyone else without our written consent, as in point of the tenancy agreement. You find a suitable replacement to take a new tenancy agreement for the rest of your tenancy. This person must: be at least 18 years old and enrolled as a full-time student in a university close to the accommodation; enter into a tenancy agreement with us and pay all sums due within it; and provide a guarantor where reasonable, who must accept the terms and conditions set out in the tenancy agreement. You both pay a £50 administration fee. We can't refund you until the student replacing you has taken over your room's contract, signed the tenancy agreement, paid, and moved in. If you can't find someone to take over your tenancy, you'll be responsible for paying the full rent until the end of your tenancy agreement.

In these uncertain times, we understand that you may be hesitant to book your home for next year, so to help you with making this decision, we have made allowance over and above our normal cancellation policy to protect you and allow you to cancel any booking made for September 2020 if any of the below apply:

Your University course is not running
World Health Organisation recommendations and decisions around Coronavirus advise that you do not travel

If your Visa processing is delayed then our normal cancellation policy will apply.
