Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy 26-27 for England :
- You may request to cancel your accommodation contract by e-mail. A Termination of Tenancy payment of £75.00 will apply which we may deduct from your security deposit. You will be required to find a replacement tenant, reasonably acceptable to the Property Manager, to take over your accommodation contract. The Property Manager will use reasonable endeavours to help you to find a replacement tenant but cannot guarantee that a replacement tenant will be available. The Property Manager will assist in finding a replacement tenant, but this will only apply when all other rooms in the property are occupied.* Please note: You remain responsible for all rent due as defined in your accommodation contract until a replacement tenant has been found for your accommodation and all required documentation has been completed with the replacement tenant. Any security deposit refund or advance rent payment refunds due to you will be paid once the replacement tenant has completed all the required documentation

How do I prove I am exempt from Council Tax when I move into Asquith House?
Full-time students in the UK are exempt from Council Tax while staying at Asquith House. Council Tax is usually already exempt and included in your rent. If required, you can download a Council Tax Exemption Certificate from your university and submit it to your local council.
