Installment Plan: 3 termly payments(UK Guarantor) or Full payment.

House Policies
Cancellation Policy AY 24/25
1. We offer 7 day free cancellations which starts from when your booking is all completed. If you book on or after 1st August for the academic year due to commence in the following month of September, the Cooling-Off Period will reduce to 48 hours from the date and time you sign the Tenancy Agreement / Licence.
If you’ve paid your deposit it’s protected through Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) so we’ll process the return of this. The deposit refund could take up to 30 days from when we request it. Read more about DPS on our blog here.
For all charges relating to contract cancellation please view your Tenancy Agreement or email us.
2. If you need to cancel your contract, you’ll need to find someone else to take over your agreement with us. We’ll do our best to help you with this. Until you find someone, you’re bound to the contract so will have to pay the rent. You’re released from your contract once you’ve found a replacement tenant and they’ve finished their cooling off period.

Kensington House FAQs
Absolutely! Just ensure you include their names on your application and, availability permitting, we will allocate you all to the same cluster flat. Some of our properties also offer Dual Occupancy in Studio apartments, this means couples can live together and share the costs. Please contact the property if you would like further information.
As part of your application you are asked if you have certain preferences in people you wish to share with, such as gender of flatmates. You can also add any other preferences on your application such as year of study etc. We cannot guarantee all preferences will be met and we will not discriminate when allocating rooms.
No, we do not charge a booking fee, just a refundable deposit at the time of booking.
