Booking Deposit: Three months of upfront rent at the time of booking OR minimum one month rent to secure the booking. (Remaining 2 months rent must be cleared by last week of May / before first week of June 2026)
Installment Plan: You can pay your rent in Monthly
Guarantor: International or Local Accepted
Mode of Payment: Credit/Debit Card or Online payment

Cancellation Policies:

o Cooling Off Period : None. As we experience huge demands, its difficult for us to offer a cooling off period. Once we receive a booking, we will consider as final

o No Visa : If a student is unable to obtain a visa to study to the country they intended to study (as per the college / University offer letter), the student must submit their visa application rejection letter before 2 weeks of the booked date of move-in. This will enable us to cancel the booking and reimburse you the students money.

o No University letter Policy : Its important that the student books a property after obtaining the offer letter from the University / College.

o Replacement Policy : If circumstances force a student to replace their booking with another student, we can accommodate the same on the basis of an email from your end.
