Payment Details
For International/UK students, we take 6 months of the rental payments upfront, with the money expected to be paid 1 week before the move in date. For the second 6 months (or remainder of the tenancy), we expect the payment to be made on month 5.
We take a holding deposit which is the equivalent of 1 weeks rent, if applicants fail their reference check, this holding deposit is not refundable.
However, If have a UK guarantor, they would be eligible for a monthly rent payment plan, subject to passing reference checks.
