Location:
The Hub, London neighbourhood of Vauxhall on Lambeth Road. It is an excellent option for students at London South Bank University (LSBU), Kings College London, and other institutions. Residents have excellent public transportation options in the area. The nearest bus stop is only 3 minutes away, while Vauxhall Underground Station is only 5 minutes away.

All basic amenities at the Hub student accommodation in London are provided under one roof, which is ideal for individuals who are new to the area. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare your favourite dishes. The property manager is in charge of on-site maintenance. Students have plenty of room to keep their belongings. Fitness lovers can keep in shape while pursuing their academic goals by using the on-site gym.

The Hub, London student accommodation provides a variety of studio types, including deluxe, classic, twin, and standard, making it a perfect place to feel at home! Each unit has been thoughtfully designed and equipped.
Payment info & policies
Booking Fee:- A adavnce payment is required to secure your room with the property, and the amount depends on the room type you choose.(adjustable in rent).
Installment Plan:- 4 Installments or make a full payment.
Guarantor:- UK guarantor required.
Mode of Payment:- Bank transfer, credit card or debit card.
You can cancel your booking by giving us written notice as follows:
1. Prior to entering into a Tenancy Agreement:
a) If property manager receive your written notice of cancellation before the Booking Confirmation email is sent, and within 7 days of application, there will be no charge, and your Advance Rent payment will be fully refunded. However, if you do not complete the tenancy agreement within 7 days of application, property manager reserve the right to keep the Advance Rent payment if the booking is cancelled by either party.
2. After entering into a Tenancy Agreement, but before the tenancy start date:
b) If property manager receive your written notice of cancellation within 72 hours of the Booking Confirmation email, and the tenancy has not yet started, there will be no charge, and your Advance Rent payment will be fully refunded; or
c) If property manager receive your written notice of cancellation after 72 hours of the Booking Confirmation email, and the tenancy has not started, property manager will not accept the cancellation or surrender of your tenancy until a replacement tenant is found for the Room.
3. On or after the tenancy start date:
d) If property manager receive your written notice of cancellation on or after the tenancy start date, property manager will not accept the cancellation or surrender of your tenancy until a replacement tenant is found for the Room.
In the event you cancel under sections (c) or (d) of this policy, property manager will make every effort to re-let the Room on your behalf, but property manager cannot guarantee success. You will remain responsible for paying rent and all other charges until a new tenancy for the Room begins.Once a replacement tenant completes all steps to enter into a tenancy agreement with us and is issued the Booking Confirmation email, your Advance Rent payment (and any other payments towards the rent of the Room) will be fully refunded, less any rent due to the point of takeover.
In the event you do not fulfil your rental payment obligations in relation to the payment of rent on the due dates before moving in, property manager may cancel your tenancy agreement by giving you written notice. In this situation, the Advance Rent payment will not be refunded.
In the event property manager need to cancel the tenancy agreement before you move into the Room, due to reasons beyond our control unknown at the time of issuing the Booking Confirmation, we will provide you with as much notice as possible in the circumstances and refund the Advance Rent and any other fees you have paid.
Property manager e reserve the right to cancel any bookings where false or misleading information was provided to obtain the tenancy or booking.
This property needs a Uk Based GuarantorA guarantor is a person/entity who agrees to cover the student's rent or related charges if the student fails to meet their payment obligations during the stay.

No, you do not. Contents insurance is automatically included with your rent.
Your contract is for a fixed length of time – so your room is yours throughout that period. That means that you don’t have the hassle of moving your belongings out during the Christmas or Easter vacations, and you can choose to stay in your property over these holidays if you want. It’s usually possible to book additional accommodation over the summer period if you want to stay then too. But we advise booking early to ensure rooms are available.
Every Host home has a team of trained staff on site to respond to meet your needs. Their job is to make your Host experience as enjoyable as possible.

Every Host home has a dedicated caretaker team to respond to and solve your maintenance issues. We respond to every issue quickly and, if possible, will complete the repair during the first visit. Of course, this isn’t always possible and there are times when parts need to be ordered or external contractors arranged. When this happens, we’ll keep you updated on the progress.

All students who wish to take up our rent installment plan are required to provide a UK guarantor (excludes the Isle of Man and Channel Islands).
By agreeing to be a guarantor, you are signing a legal document stating that you agree to pay the rent and guarantee the behaviour of the resident if they default. Please do not sign this agreement if you do not wish to take on this responsibility.
Any student who does not have a UK guarantor will be required to pay the full year’s rent upon application.

Full-time students in the UK are exempt from Council Tax while staying at The Hub, London. Council Tax is usually already exempt and included in your rent.
