Cancellation Policy
Once the Assured Shorthold tenancy Agreement is signed then the tenant will be liable for the rent. The tenant will only be released from their rental contract if a replacement tenant has been found to take over their tenancy and all legal documents are complete and the replacement tenant has made the first rent instalment to us. A fee of £150 is payable for advertising and admin costs to find a replacement tenant however we cannot guarantee a replacement tenant will be found and so you will remain liable.
