Cancellation Policy
Cooling-Off Period
The Occupier may cancel the Agreement by providing written notice to the property at least 19 weeks prior to the start of the License Period.
In this case, no transfer fee will apply, and all amounts paid to the property will be fully refunded.
Note: The Occupier cannot terminate the Agreement less than 19 weeks before the License Period starts unless a Replacement Occupier is found.
Replacement Tenant
The current Occupier cannot terminate the Agreement during the License Period or less than 19 weeks before the License Period starts unless a Replacement Occupier is secured.
It is the Occupier’s responsibility to find a Replacement Occupier.
If no Replacement Occupier is found, the current Occupier remains liable for the full contractual Occupation Tariff.
If a Replacement Occupier is found, the current Occupier will be released from the Agreement starting from the new Occupier’s License Period. A £50 transfer fee will be deducted from the amount paid to the property.
Note: Additional Terms & Conditions apply as per the Residential License Agreement.
No Visa, No Pay
The Occupier has the right to terminate the Agreement if their VISA is declined and they are denied entry into the United Kingdom.
The Occupier must provide written notice of cancellation, along with proof of visa rejection, at least 14 days before the License Period begins.
A £50 transfer fee will be deducted from the amount paid to the property. The remaining balance will be refunded, and the Occupier will be released from the Agreement.
No Place, No Pay
The Occupier has the right to terminate the Agreement if their University application is declined, preventing them from studying at a university in the UK.
The Occupier must provide written notice of cancellation, along with proof of university rejection, at least 14 days before the License Period begins.
A £50 transfer fee will be deducted from the amount paid to the property. The remaining balance will be refunded, and the Occupier will be released from the Agreement.

Study Inn permits one guest who is over the age of 18. For overnight stays, there are specific additional terms which you can check with our Centre Manager.
