When your decision is made to book, we suggest that make payments as early as possible to get first pick. If you want to have a shared room with friends then book early otherwise it will be hard to group you together.

Yes, It is possible to change the room once you have moved in but that is also subject to availability. You can have word with our resident manager for detailed procedure

Each student property by Vita is safe and secured with 24/7 CCTV protection. Also, every building and each room has a key fob entry system.

Vita student allows couples accommodation but there will be a slight change in pricing with regards to additional usage of water, electricity, internet and wear and tear to the accommodation and communal space but advance payment will remain the same for two students sharing a room.

You can see all the tenancy dates at the time of booking. You can stay in contact with us you want to arrive early. If any accommodation is available for early arrival will try to provide you.

Your all bills including water, gas and electricity and fastest internet as well as insurance for your belongings are covered in rent. Along with this, clearing services, every weekday breakfast, tea and coffee are also inclusive of rent. You don't need to pay outside for gym. We have our on-site gym for free.
