Broadgate Park is the place to be for over 2,000 University of Nottingham students each year, offering self-catered accommodation where you’ll have the flexibility to cook your own meals in a wide variety of room types to suit all budgets. Conveniently situated across the road from the University of Nottingham University Park Campus West Entrance and a short walk from Beeston town centre. Broadgate Park is a collection of over forty student accommodation buildings, creating a thriving student community amongst our residents. In total, we have 12 room types, including standard bedrooms and ensuite cluster flats, ranging from 3 to 8 rooms per flat. We also offer ensuite studio accommodation, which is perfect for students who like their own space and the convenience of having all the facilities they need in one flat. There is also parking available at Broadgate Park; the permit cost is an additional £300 for
the year.
Location and What's Hot?
Broadgate Park is ideally located close to Beeston town center, which is a lively area surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, making the neighbourhood very convenient. Lidl and Sainsbury's are within a 10-15-minute walk. David Ross Sports Village is a 5-minute walk away for those who like to keep fit. Albion House is also close to Riverside Retail Park and you can reach the city centre easily by bus or tram, where you can find several chain restaurants and shops, making it
a great shopping destination for students.
Transport:
There are several bus stops directly outside of Broadgate Park, and the tram is less than a 5-minute walk away, which goes directly to the Nottingham train station. Beeston train station is also within easy reach, with direct trains to other cities in
the UK.
Security and Service:
This student housing Nottingham has a 24-hour reception and an independent maintenance team to ensure the safety of our students. In addition, the staff regularly checks the facilities and security to ensure the safety of the students, as well as our housekeeping team, who cleans all of the communal areas in your flat once a week.

If You did not sign your agreement/accept these Terms in the presence of a UPP member of staff then, You are entitled to a coolingoff period.
The cooling-off period gives you 7 working days to cancel the licence agreement, starting with the day after You accepted these terms and conditions. Once We start to provide You with our services, You will no longer have a right to cancel – even if the cooling-off period has not ended. If You move into the Room during the cooling-off period, You will not then be entitled to cancel.

Yes. Students who have a confirmed academic-year booking at Broadgate Park can move into their term-time accommodation early from 11 September until the start date of their contract, subject to availability. The nightly rate for these stays will be charged at the applicable term-time accommodation rate.
Yes. Summer accommodation is available to non-students, including parents and family members visiting Nottingham. For non-student guests: The same accommodation rates apply. VAT at 20% will be added to the accommodation charge.
