Booking Deposit: An advance rent payment of £100–£300 is required, depending on the room you choose. This amount will be adjusted against your total rent.
Installment Plan: 3 and 4 installments or full payment.
Guarantor: International Guarantor Accepted (To pay in instalments)
Mode of Payment: Mastercard and Visa debit and credit card and Western Union, Bank payment transfers.
Booking Deposit:- A deposit is required to secure your room with the property, and the amount depends on the room type you choose.(refundable at the end of tenancy)
Installment Plan:- You can choose 3 installments, 10 installments, or full payment.
Guarantor:- Domestic and international guarantors are accepted. However, in the case of an international guarantor, confirmation with the property manager is required.
Mode of Payment:- Bank transfer, credit card or debit card.
Cancellation Policy (Scotland)
Once you have paid your Advance Rent and you have been allocated a room, then should you decide to cancel prior to the start of the licence period you will be entitled to a full refund of the Advance Rent.
If you decide to cancel after the start of your licence period then you will be held to the terms of your licence agreement.
Cancellation Policy (England)
Once you have paid your Advance Rent and you have been allocated a room, then should you decide to cancel then the amount equal to the lesser of (i) the Advance Rent and (ii) the amount equivalent to one week’s Licence Fee is non-refundable.
If you have paid the Advance Rent and the licence agreement has been accepted by both parties then you will be held to the terms of the licence until a replacement licensee is found.
