Payment Details
Security Deposit
1. You need to pay a deposit of £250 to secure your room.
2. This will be refunded to you at the end of your tenancy period less and deductions and pending charges.
Instalment Plan:-
1. Payment in full.
2. Payment in instalments (requires a UK based guarantor).
Guarantor:-
1. The property accepts only UK based guarantors if you wish to pay in instalments.
2. If you are an international student, and therefore cannot provide a UK based guarantor, the property recommends using the services of housing hand.
3. International guarantors are not accepted by the property.

Cooling Off Period:-
Property does not offer any cooling off period, all contracts are legal & binding.
Replacement Tenant:-
After signing your Agreement, you are contractually bound to the tenancy and you can only be released after finding a suitable replacement tenant who will take on the full rent liability.
Please note: - There may be certain fees associated with early contract termination.
Cancellation
We will cancel a booking without penalty if the student’s visa is rejected, subject to the student sending us a copy of the visa rejection letter within 48 hours. Cancellations will only be accepted prior to 1st August 2023.
