Becoming the leading student accommodation provider in the UK & Ireland did not happen overnight. So how do we do it? The answer is doing those little things correctly that make a world of a difference for our students.
Let me give you an example.
One of our property consultants was tasked with finding a quality studio apartment for a student in Canterbury and her service dog. The only problem was, the chosen accommodation had a strict no-pet policy. But the student was hell-bent on staying at this particular property. So our determined property consultant sprung into action by sending numerous emails to the central management team of the property with hopes of convincing them to allow his student and her service dog on the property. Finally, after a couple of days, they agreed to let the student’s service dog stay with her. This was the first time in the history of this student accommodation, a service dog was allowed to stay.
Such is the zeal and enthusiasm our property consultants work with to ensure students find their ideal student accommodation in the most hassle-free way.
