Best accommodation that can be found near dmu and UOL. Best rooms with good ventilation and heating. I have never found any issues in this accommodation

Unique accommodation with a variety of room styles available. Despite being road facing, the unique layout provides sufficient privacy for the tenants. Best part, shares the same emergency services as the Pennine House.
Payments
To secure your room for 2020/2021, £0 booking fee and a deposit fee of £150 (refundable at the end of your tenancy subject to terms and conditions) to be paid when your Tenancy Agreement has been signed. We collect your rent four times a year in August, October, January and April. This allows you to avoid paying one big lump sum and also coincides with the issue of loan payments. Some of our sites require you to provide a guarantor, if appropriate, you'll be provided with details when you enquire about booking. We make paying your rent easy from bank transfer to card payment and cheque.
House Policies
Cancellation Policy AY 24/25:
1. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the Landlord is required to provide the Student with the information if the Landlord has not met the Student before entering into this agreement.
2. The supplier of the Premises and the address of the Premises is given in the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.
3. The services supplied for the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, the costs and the arrangements for payment are as set out in the Offer and contained within the Terms and Conditions of the tenancy.
4. A student has the right to cancel this agreement by giving to the Landlord written (by email, fax or post) notice to reach the Company within 14 days of the date the Student accepted the Offer of the accommodation.
5. Any right to cancel does not apply once the Landlord as detailed in the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement has started to provide the Premises to the Student: after accepting the keys and/or move in, it is too late to cancel under this clause.

Mezzino understand that friends like to stay together. Therefore if you are applying as a group please: Make it clear on the application form of the names of your group; Size of apartment you require; Talk to your accommodation team early as many buildings sell out quickly. Then we will do the rest!
Many of our residents are returning students who just don't want to leave us. If you choose to stay for more than one year we often offer an early booking incentive. We can't prioritise when we're handing out rooms though, so apply as early as you can to improve your chances. And if you are staying we can give the rooms a thorough inspection, clean them and attend to any maintenance ready for when you return.

As part of our Accommodation Team we employ several students at each of our sites to take on emergency call outs, post, administration support, student support duties. These roles are vital and contribute to forming a happy community at all our buildings.
