This student accommodation provides en-suite as well as studio apartments. Irrespective of the room choice you make, a high-tech kitchen, a Wi-Fi connection and a common room with a large TV and seating will be provided. There is staff on-site for helping the students out of a bind.
Aston University is 3-minutes on foot, Birmingham City University is a 7-minute walk away and the University of Birmingham is 27-minutes on wheels. There are several train station within a 10-minute walking distance. There are several bus stops within a 10-minute walking distance. Several restaurants serving a variety of cuisines are located within a 10-minute walking radius. A 15-minute walk will get you to a bar or pub of your choosing. The Birmingham City Hospital is a 10-minute drive away.
A fortnightly kitchen cleans are provided, so that's one thing less to worry about. A games room, vending machines and a laundry room are also provided.

Security Deposit: No Security Deposit, any payment you make upon booking is part of your rental payment.
Installment Plan: Full, Termly, Monthly.
Guarantor: All students who wish to take up our rent installment plan are required to provide a UK guarantor, any student who does not have a UK guarantor will be required to pay the full year’s rent upon application.
Mode of Payment: Pay using a debit/credit card online, over the phone or at the reception, pay via direct debit or bank transfer.
You may cancel the tenancy agreement that you have entered into with us by giving us written notice of your intention to cancel on the following basis:
(a) If your notice of cancellation is received by us in writing within 72 hours after you have submitted an application form and the period of the tenancy has not commenced, we will make no charge and the initial rental payment of £250 will be refunded in full; or
(b) If your notice of cancellation is received by us 72 hours after you have submitted an application form on or before 31st July 2020 and the period of the tenancy has not commenced, you may cancel your booking by writing to us provided that we will be entitled to retain £100 of the total initial rental payment; or
(c) If your notice of cancellation is received on or after the 1 st August 2020, we will not accept a cancellation/surrender of your tenancy agreement for the Room until a replacement tenant is found for the Room. We shall endeavour to re-let the Room however cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. You will remain liable to pay the rent for the Room and all other charges and costs under your tenancy agreement for the period to the date that a replacement tenancy for the Room commences. We reserve the right to charge you a fee in the sum of £100 as a contribution towards our administration costs incurred in dealing with the surrender of the tenancy agreement and the sourcing of a new tenant.
If a replacement tenant is found for the Room, we will release you from your tenancy agreement with effect from the date that the new tenancy agreement for the Room begins.
In the event you fail to honour your contractual obligations in relation to the payment of rent on the due dates before occupation of the Room, we may cancel your tenancy agreement by giving you notice in writing of cancellation; in the circumstances we will not repay any advanced payments made by you to us.
In the event that we cancel the tenancy agreement at any time before occupation of the Room by you, we shall give you as much advance written notice as we can in the circumstances and will repay the initial rental payment to you and any other fees that we have taken from you in connection with the tenancy.

Your contract is for a fixed length of time – so your room is yours throughout that period. That means that you don’t have the hassle of moving your belongings out during the Christmas or Easter vacations, and you can choose to stay in your property over these holidays if you want. It’s usually possible to book additional accommodation over the summer period if you want to stay then too. But we advise booking early to ensure rooms are available.

I am very particular in terms of everything, but Uniacco took care of it. They\'ve picked up my calls every time and been there 24/7 to help me. I came in at the last minute but still was able to find my accommodation and I am so happy with it.
