Do contact the property manager as soon as possible in order to avoid the room being released to someone else.
  • Once your booking is confirmed, a 14-day ‘cooling off period’ applies, during which you can cancel the booking for a full refund.
  • If you decide to leave early, you remain responsible for the rent for the duration of your tenancy. However, if you are able to find a suitable replacement for your room, then the tenancy will be cancelled. In line with your tenancy agreement, refunds will only be given when a suitable replacement is found.

  • If you fail to provide the required evidence within the specified timeframe, you will remain liable for the rent for the full term of the contracted tenancy until another tenant acceptable to the property manager is found and the room can be re-let.
