Being one of the leading prop-tech student accommodation platforms, it is essential that we keep evolving with time. With Compare, we’ve distinguished ourselves from our competitors by providing students with this one-of-a-kind feature.
What Is Compare?
Compare is our flagship product that allows students to compare 350,000+ rooms on our website based on 80+ parameters. With Compare, you can select your ideal student accommodation based on “room types”, “amenities”, “locality”, “distance from university”, “benefits”, “perks”, and much more. It is easy to use, incredibly informative and you can even share your shortlisted properties with your friends and family.
How Do I Use Compare?
To use Compare simply click on the Compare option located on the top right-hand side of our website or simply go to https://uniacco.com/compare
Once you’ve reached the compare page, you will see a search bar and 4 blank panels.
To start comparing properties, all you need to do is simply type in your “university”, “college” or “city” in the search bar. Compare will auto-populate the 4 panels with the best student accommodations. You then have free rein to add or remove properties based on your preference.
After this, you need to select your preferred room configuration and voila! You will have a detailed comparison of the 4 best properties based on your input. Important information such as “price”, “distance from university”, “guarantor”, “pet friendly” and much more will be displayed right in front of you. There’s also a “Facility Score” out of 60 that takes into consideration all the amenities and facilities of the student accommodation and gives it a score accordingly. The better the property is, the better is the Facility Score.
