Pre-arrival:

Cancel 10+ days before arrival → Full refund of Weekly Fees; Matching Fee non-refundable.

Cancel less than 10 days before arrival → Forfeit 2 weeks’ fees + Matching Fee; rest refunded.

Visa refusal: Full refund of Weekly Fees (if 3 business days’ notice given); otherwise, 2 weeks’ fees kept. Matching Fee non-refundable.
Post-arrival:

No refund for the first 4 weeks once stay begins.

Must give 2 weeks’ written notice to move out (notice cannot start in the first 2 weeks).

Less than 2 weeks’ notice → Pay 2 weeks’ fees after notice date.

Changing Host without valid reason → New Matching Fee applies.

Leaving without notice → No refund.

Multiple transfers (over 3 times) → Service may be discontinued.
