The moving in process was extremely easy and all the staff were helpful. I had no problems regarding checking in and if I had any issues it was dealt with immediately.

Booking Deposit : 2 weeks advance rent to book the room (Non refundable)

House Policies
(A) The Student can cancel a tenancy agreement without penalty provided a written notice has been provided to Campus Perth at least 30 calendar days prior to the agreement start date (B) If a cancellation is made to Campus Perth less than 30 days before the agreement start date or the agreement has commenced, the student will be breaching his signed agreement. Contract break fees are applicable at the discretion of Campus Perth Management. The rent paid in advance may be retained partially or in full as per Campus Perth’s discretion (C) A penalty will not be charged in the case where cancellation of the tenancy agreement is due to failure to secure an Offer of Enrolment or Student Visa. Written notice must be given to Campus Perth at least 14 days before the tenancy agreement start date and supported with written verification confirming decline of offer and/or visa.

The Platform Fee is a one-time charge that prioritizes your booking and grants access to exclusive pre and post-landing services, potentially saving up to £1,500. This fee is refundable if UniAcco cannot secure the room category and property you select.
You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of payment, after which platform fees will not be refunded (To be added on Cancellation Policy also)
Fee is non-refundable in case the student decides to swap their accommodation from a non-commissionable property to a commissionable property. Platform Fee is refundable to the student if they decide to cancel their booking within the defined “UniAcco Cooling Off Period”. This period will be upto 48 hours from the months April-September and 5 days from the months October-March.
We will assist the student with the entire booking process. End-to-end handling of the cancellation process for the student. (Platform Fee won’t be refundable to the student in this scenario). Post Move-In Assistance to the student.
We understand the importance of being able to have flexible lease options to suit all types of students, so we created contracts from 12-21 weeks, 22 weeks, 44 weeks and 52 weeks.
Any student, domestic and international, aged 17+ who is enrolled in a Perth university, vocational college, English school or registered training provider.
