Cancellations can be made up to midday 7 days prior to arrival for Perkzzz members only, where a full refund can be provided. After this point, 100% cancellation charges will apply, although date changes may be permitted no less than 48 hours prior to arrival and subject to availability. For non-Perkzzz members, 100% cancellation charges will apply from the time of booking. Fees will be applied to the card used to secure the booking.
