Cancellations can be made up to midday 7 days prior to arrival for Perkzzz members only, where a full refund can be provided. After this point, 100% cancellation charges will apply, although date changes may be permitted no less than 48 hours prior to arrival and subject to availability. For non-Perkzzz members, 100% cancellation charges will apply from the time of booking. Fees will be applied to the card used to secure the booking. Non-arrivals will incur full charges and will be applied to the card used to secure the booking. Roomzzz reserves to the right to amend or remove the promotion at any given time without notice.
