Room Types:

Blithehale Court offers two main types of student accommodation in London to cater to different preferences. En-suite rooms provide students with their private bathroom while sharing a kitchen and lounge with flatmates, offering a mix of privacy and community. On the other hand, studios are fully private units with their kitchen and bathroom. These studios vary from triple and twin rooms to deluxe single options, each fully furnished with essential items like a 3/4 bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe, providing a more independent living experience. 

Payment info & policies

Booking Fee: £250 is required to confirm a booking (refundable at the end of the tenancy). For September 2026, a payment of £500 is required to confirm the booking.
Installment Plan: Can offer upto 6 instalments with first instalment on 5th August. If instalment isn't paid within 3 days of the due date, the booking will be cancelled and amount will not be refundable.
Guarantor: Not required.
Mode of Payment: Debit/Credit cards and bank transfers only.

A. The Licensee may, by notice in writing to the Licensor cancel this agreement up to six weeks before the Start Date. In such case, the Licensee shall be liable to pay the Bedding and Service Fee and the Deposit Payment which shall become non-refundable, and

B. The Licensee may, by notice in writing to the Licensor cancel this agreement in the 6-week period immediately before the Start Date. In such case the Licensee shall remain liable to pay;

  • The Bedding and Service Fee and the Deposit Payment which shall become non-refundable,
  • The amount for the 6-week period in such Licence Fee.

C. At least 6 weeks prior to the Start Date, the Licensee may, on receipt of notice from the British Embassy that the Licensee’s application for a visa to enable entry to the UK has been refused, cancel this agreement by notice in writing to the Licensor, provided that the Licensee also provides the Licensor with a copy of the letter from the British Embassy within 7 days of the date of issue. In such case, the Licensor shall remain liable for payment of the Deposit payment.

  • In any other case concerning the visa refusal or related delays, A, B, or E applies, including but not limited to, visa not yet arriving on time.

D. The Licensor may cancel this agreement on notice in writing to the Licensee prior to the Start Date. In such case, all fees previously paid under this agreement shall be repaid to the Licensee.

E. Licensee may cancel this agreement after the Start Date, Licensee shall be liable to pay;

  • License Fee,
  • Bedding and Service Fee,
  • Other Services. 

Cancellation Policy for 26-27AY 
Students are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of payment, during which they may cancel their booking for any reason. Additionally, cancellations are permitted in cases of visa rejection or failure to secure university admission, provided that valid proof is submitted within 72 hours of receiving the official communication. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to verification, with refunds processed in accordance with applicable terms and conditions, including any administrative charges if applicable.
