Very nice and brand new place to live as a student in Cardiff. Located near the city centre and the University as well.
Payments
Booking Deposit: £150 to confirm your booking(Adjustable in rent).
Security Deposit: £150 to be paid as security deposit(Refundable at the end of your tenancy)
Instalment Plan: 4 Instalments or full payment.
Guarantor: UK Guarantor or International Guarantor required.
Mode of Payment: Pay using a Credit Card, Debit Card or Bank Transfer.
House Policies
Cancellation Policy
We operate a 72-hour 'Cooling-off' period up to the 31st of July so if your circumstances change you can cancel your booking. To cancel your booking you need to email the accommodation team within 72 hours of signing your Tenancy Agreement. From the 1st August, the 'Cooling-off' period is reduced to 24 hours. Once the 'Cooling-off' period has expired, you can cancel your booking if:
1. You do not have a visa to enter the UK
2. You have not acquired the grades to be offered a place at the chosen university
3. You have failed to achieve the grades to continue your study at university
In these circumstances, you can cancel your booking prior to the tenancy start date by providing evidence to the Accommodation Manager within 72 hours of being notified. To cancel your booking under these circumstances, please send your UCAS notification/ Visa refusal documentation to the Accommodation Manager within 72 hours of receiving it. There are no other circumstances when we will accept a request for cancellation either before or during the tenancy. It may be possible with the Landlord's agreement to transfer your obligations to someone else who would be eligible to live at the property. This arrangement is known as a Tenancy Takeover. Once the new person has signed and accepted to take over all your obligations are you then released from your obligations to pay the rent and other terms of the Tenancy Agreement.
Accomodation
All of our buildings are still open and welcoming students. Our People are what makes us so great, and our staff remain on hand to provide all residents with a comfortable, clean and secure home.
Whilst we are encouraging Social Distancing in line with Government Guidelines, all of our Accommodation Teams are directly contactable by phone, Skype or email with any queries or concerns, or just for a friendly chat.
Social Spaces
Our Social Spaces and Gyms remain open, and we have increased cleaning procedures throughout our communal areas.
We will be closely following Government recommendations and as such we are not holding large social events at this time, but we are busy planning some fun virtual events, plus our social media pages and blog will be updated regularly with news, tips and ideas on keeping entertained, and more importantly protecting your mental health.
Cancellation of upcoming bookings
If you have booked for September 2020, our standard cancellation policy applies.
If you have booked a Summer or Short Term stay but are not able to travel to the UK on your Tenancy Start Date due to international travel restrictions or Covid-19 related health issues contact your Accommodation Team to discuss.
Flexible Booking
We’ve introduced a flexible policy for 20-2021 bookings at the majority of our locations. If face to face teaching is delayed by 3 weeks+ students can delay their move in date and pay no rent for the period the room is not used. Plus, if Covid-19 travel restrictions prevent students from getting to our accommodation they can cancel their bookings

When can I move in?
A few weeks before arrival, you will be invited to book a move-in slot by your Accommodation Team. This can be booked via our student portal once we've let you know check-in slots are available.
What is the cancellation policy?
Book online until the end of 31st July, without seeing the accommodation first, and we run a 72-hour 'Cooling-Off' period, allowing you to cancel your booking within 72 hours of completing the booking. Bookings made from 1st August for the forthcoming academic year have a 24-hour 'Cooling-Off' period. To cancel, write to or email the Accommodation Manager at your chosen location.
Can I choose a certain room?
Absolutely! Floors, flats and room numbers are available to select during the online booking process.
