Common Areas The apartment was recently renovated and shines with a modern and fresh design. It features a stylish bathroom with high-quality, contemporary tiles that create a welcoming atmosphere. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining: a refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, oven, sink, dishwasher, and washing machine. Many of our shared apartments even include washing machines with an integrated dryer function, adding extra convenience. There is also a comfortable dining area with seating for shared meals and socializing. The high-quality flooring throughout the apartment enhances the modern ambiance and provides a comfortable living environment. Wi-Fi is, of course, available – either provided by the landlord and included in the monthly utility costs or organized among the flatmates, with minimal shared costs. This combination of comfort, style, and modern amenities makes living in this apartment particularly enjoyable and ensures a smooth daily routine. Neighborhood The apartment is located in a peaceful area of Munich. The neighborhood offers excellent public transportation options, making it easy to explore the city and access various local amenities. It combines a tranquil residential environment with close proximity to Munich’s vibrant cultural and social scenes, making it an ideal choice for both students and professionals seeking comfort and convenience. Please note: The keys can only be handed over and you can only move in if the deposit has been demonstrably transferred to the provider before the move-in date. Payments and check-in details: - The deposit must be paid via the HousingAnywhere payment request or directly to the landlord via bank transfer before move-in; without this payment and proof of payment, we cannot check you in! - At the end of your stay, 30% of your deposit will be temporarily withheld to cover any outstanding utility costs. Since utility charges included in the rent are estimated in advance, the final bill may differ from the amount paid. Once the annual utility statement is available, any unused portion of the retained amount will be refunded. - GEZ (Tv/Broadcasting tax, around €18.36 p/m) is not included in the rental price; this, along with the WiFi, is split and organized by Housemates already in the property. - Under German rental law, we are permitted to increase your rent by an annual rate of 2% per year. - Utility payments are an estimate; they can be slightly more or less than the amount paid. However, this is rare. You will be obligated to take out liability insurance when renting a room from us; this is fairly normal when renting a room in Germany.
