There is also a balcony with a view over the rooftops of Munich. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. Stiglmaierplatz (U1, U7) is just a 4-minute walk away, and the main station can be reached in 6 minutes. Shops, restaurants, and cafés are all within walking distance—there is also an Italian and a Thai restaurant on the ground floor.
