As I will be going abroad for five months starting in September, I am looking for a subtenant for my apartment during this period. Electricity, water, and internet costs are already included in the rent. The apartment is located on the top floor of a 12-year-old student residence hall, which, thanks to careful maintenance, is still in brand-new condition. Even though the building is intended for students, many working professionals live here as well, meaning my search for a subtenant is not strictly limited to students. With a living area of almost 29 m^2, it is perfectly suited for single households. The kitchenette is equipped with two hotplates, a microwave, and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Most of the furniture shown in the pictures will be rented along with the apartment, so no essential purchases are necessary on the subtenant's part. The absolute highlight of the apartment is the large terrace, which is perfect for barbecues with friends or sunbathing. The apartment is located right next to the Mittlerer Ring, offering excellent car connectivity. In addition, both the U2 subway station Giesing Bahnhof and tram line 18 towards Stachus/Sendlinger Tor are just a 5-minute walk away. There are numerous shopping options in the immediate vicinity (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Hit), all within a 3 to 5-minute walking distance. There is also a gym directly across the street.
