Please note that we, as your landlords, occasionally use a separate smaller terrace nearby for work purposes. We will always let you know in advance if we plan a longer session and keep this to a minimum. Getting around is easy: Trudering station (U2 + S4) is 5 minutes away andputs you in the city centre in about 25–30 minutes. LMU, TU Munich, and the Ostbahnhof are all directly accessible. A few house rules: no smoking inside, no pets, and quiet hours apply after 10 pm. We ask that all outdoor areas are treated with care. A security deposit will be required upon booking.
