Contract in Germany can always be terminated to the 15th or end of the month. Live just a few steps from the Theresienwiese, where the all-known Oktoberfest takes place. You can also find a lot of shops, bars and restaurants along the nearby Lindwurmstraße. The apartment offers a nice atmosphere, from the traditionally held stairway up to the bright rooms.
