This fully furnished flat in a historic building is ideal for business travellers, consultants, researchers and anyone spending a few months working in Vienna. You only need to arrive with your suitcase. Living-kitchen (25 m2): The heart of the flat is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, plus dishes, pots, glasses and all utensils. Everything you need for everyday life is there — from an iron and ironing board to a blender, kettle and coffee maker. It also has a dining table and a couch, so there is plenty of room to cook, eat and relax. Bedroom (20 m2): The bedroom has a sofa bed with a proper mattress (queen size) and a topper, comfortable for long stays. There is also a working desk, a small wardrobe and storage furniture. Bathroom: The bathroom has a shower and bathtub, a washing machine and a drying rack. Towels and bed linen are provided. One further room stays locked for the owner's personal belongings and is not part of the rental.
