Our apartments are located centrally in a quiet area of the fifth District of Vienna (Vienna Magareten). With public transport the Opera, Stephansplatz or Schönbrunn are reachable within a few minutes. The good connection to the Vienna Airport, Railwaystation West and Central Station as well allows you to have a relaxed stay. Our luxury suites are exactly what you need in Vienna: you only need to arrive with your suitcase, and you will still feel like at home. Suite Nr 2 features the following: Master Bedroom: The bedroom has a kingsize bed (180x200 cm) a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Blankets and Linen are of course available. Second bedroom: the other bedroom contains a daybed (80-160x200) and a small wardrobe. In addition, there is a desk. Main room: the main room contains a fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, electric oven, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishes). There are also a wardrobe, a table, chairs, a couch and a hi-fi system. Bathroom: in the bathroom with shower, there is a washing machine. Towels and a bathrobe are also available. In addition, there is a separate WC in the apartment. Special: on the 35m2 and green terrace, there is garden furniture, and you can wonderfully relax from your busy day. We take care of the lawn. The price includes everything: the rent, furnishing, maintenance costs, water, hot water, electricity, heating, air conditioning, LAN / WLAN (internet) and the VAT.
