Neither smoking nor pets are permitted. This room is located in the 21th district in the Weisselgasse. It is in proximity to the U6 train station Floridsdorf. Moving out of this room is only possible at the end of the months of August, September or February. The rental contract will be limited to three years, but a cancellation for your desired booking period will have to be signed together with the contract during the booking process.
