This with love newly adapted studio consits of one room with a doublebed, kitchen with fridge and freezer and dishwasher. It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, sheets, towels and everything else you need for your stay in Vienna. The studio has a bathroom with shower and toilet. The studio is located on the ground floor to the back yard, so it is not disturbed by by-passers. The apartment even has a balcony where you can enjoy warm summerdays and nights. We call it „Out of Africa“ as the main decoration of the studio are posters of the movie "Out of Africa". The house is located in the 3rd district of Vienna, near the Hundertwasserhaus – one of Vienna’s youngest sights. The location is perfect as the apartment is in walking distance to down town (ca 15 Minutes), to the airport-train CAT (ca 10 minutes), to the Green Prater (ca 5 minutes), were you can do all kinds of sports like cycling, running, skating, even swimming in summer in the public swimming pool (Stadionbad). Furthermore you can walk to the Campus of the university of economics and Sigmund Freud University. Great shopping oportunities nearby, supermarkets, shopping street. Closest public transport: tram 1, bus 4A (to Karlsplatz/TU) metro U3 (Rochusmarkt) and U4 (Wien Mitte), CAT (Airporttrain). Also close to highway – but not disturbed by it. Minimum stay is 3 months. non-smoking apartment, no smoking also on the balcony - so no smoking at all! we expect our tenants to be considerate und respect other tenants in the house and take good care of the apartment! almost all around Vienna there is short term parking (max 2 hours) - weekends parking is free of charge
