The apartment is fully equipped with cooking utensils, sheets, towels and everything esle you need for your stay in Vienna. The apatment has a bathroom with shower and toilet and washing machine. Kitchen and room have French windows to the inner court of the house. The apartment is located in the forth floor without lift. We call it „Kandinsky“ as the main picture in the kitchen is a print of a Kandinsky painting. The house is located in the 3rd district of Vienna, near the Hundertwasserhaus – one of Vienna’s youngest sights. The location is perfect as the apartment is in walking distance to down town (ca 15 Minutes), to the airport-train CAT (ca 10 minutes), to the Green Prater (ca 5 minutes), were you can do all kinds of sports like cycling, running, skating, even swimming in summer in the public swimming pool (Stadionbad). Furthermore you can walk to the Campus of the university of economics and Sigmund Freud University. Great shopping oportunities nearby, supermarkets, shopping street. Closest public transport: tram 1, metro U3 (Rochusmarkt) and U4 (Wien Mitte), CAT (Airporttrain). Also close to highway – but not disturbed by it.
