All rooms are separately accessible. The kitchen, shower and toilet are shared with your flatmates. The shared flat (3 rooms) is mixed and ideal for all city newcomers to meet new people. This flatsharing is perfect for students, interns, flight attendants or young professionals to get a good start in the new city. The rent is All In (including electricity, heating, gas, internet). So you can move in directly without worrying about the necessary utilities. You just need to bring your suitcase with clothes and nothing more. Minimum rental period is 3 months.
