The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a charming old Viennese building. The neighbourhood is Vienna's secret top spot, as it is very central but has huge parks, restaurants and cafes. The subwaystop is in front of the house, it is 1 stop to 1. district, 2 stops to Stephansplatz, or only few stops the other direction to the danube (summer swims!)
The place is bright and welcoming.
I live next door and use one room of the apartment as my working studio some days. I have a litte dog who is also visiting with me.
