I am an American living in Vienna and renting my room for between August 5th and September 25th while I return home to visit family. This is a wonderful, well lit room with large windows, and comes fully furnished with a bed, large desk, a floor to wall bookshelf, and several large wardrobes. There is also a sink and mirror directly in the room. This room is well insulated from noise and is not too hot even in the summer months. As for the rest of the apartment, there is access to a shared kitchen which is fully equipped with an oven, stove, and variety of cooking equipment and is a well lit, useful space. Washing machine is also in the kitchen. There is of course a bathroom and a toilet as well. I will be leaving my personal items locked in one or two of the wardrobes and two of the desk drawers, but all else will be available for your use. I will leave for your use my table, desk bed linens, pillows, drying rack, fan, laundry baskets, lamps, etc. There is also reliable wifi in the apartment, as well as all utilities. In the surrounding area there are many cafes and restaurants, and a large park, Lainzer Tiergarten, is just 10 minutes away on the subway. It is less than 20 minutes to Karlsplatz with the subway. The rent is 450 per month, same as what I pay to the landlord. Ideally someone would stay for the whole time I am away, but if you want to stay for a fraction of the time, it would be 113 per week. The 500€ security deposit will be returned after you move out.
