The current layout includes two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a studio/working room, a bathroom, a separate WC, and a practical wardrobe area. The apartment is situated in a central area of Vienna, offering quick access to universities and key city locations, making it ideal for students and professionals. The quiet side street and inner courtyard further ensure a peaceful environment, perfect for both focused work and relaxation. The apartment is located in a lively, multicultural district near Augarten Park and the Danube Canal, offering an excellent balance between urban living and green outdoor spaces. Within minutes, you can stroll along the canal, relax in the park, or enjoy a picnic under the trees. The neighbourhood offers a vibrant cultural scene, with concerts, galleries, and theatre performances nearby. Charming local cafés, bars, and restaurants make it easy to enjoy evenings out without travelling far. For daily needs, several supermarkets, drugstores, two local markets, and organic shops are all within walking distance, along with a variety of street food options.
