Single room with a private bathroom in a student residence in Vienna’s 19th district. The bathroom is located inside the room, and the only shared area is the kitchen on the floor (but anyway, the kitchen is almost never busy). The room is located on the 7th floor and overlooks the residence’s courtyard, making it quiet even when the window is open. The residence also offers a large laundry room with washing machines(paid) and dryers (free), as well as a free gym for residents. The residence is in a great location, close to Türkenschanzpark and Währinger Park. Public transport is excellent, with tram lines, buses, and the U6 within walking distance. There is a BILLA supermarket right next to the building and a SPAR just a few minutes away. The room is available from July 14 to September 20. The move-in date within this period is flexible and can be discussed. Please note that Meldezettel registration is not possible. I can also provide kitchenware if needed.
