TENANCY TERMS All bookings are issued under an open?ended (unlimited) tenancy agreement, meaning there is no fixed end date and no annual renewal is required. Students: Standard student agreements allow for a full academic?year stay, with one termination option per year, subject to three months’ notice, effective 31 August. Working professionals: Agreements are open?ended and include a minimum stay of 12 months.
