I am pleased to offer you my renovated apartment. It is ideal for couples, however if you like to invite some guests the flat is equipped to accommodate more than two people for several nights. It features a separated bedroom with a bed (140 x 200 cm) and a big built-in wardrobe. In the living room there is a sofabed for two people. The kitchen has an induction stove, an oven, a micro wave and plenty of storage space. You will find separated bathrooms, each equipped with a basin, the bigger one has a bath tub. The house is situated in "Prater Cottage" - a small area combining both: central location and the quiet setting of Viennas most famous recreational area. It's a 15 minutes stroll away from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). In 10 minutes you can walk to the three subway lines nearby. Vienna main University is reached by tram without transfer in about 20 minutes. I used to live in this apartment myself for more than ten years and rented it to good friends after I moved in with my partner. Since my friends moved out, I had the apartment renovated. As you can see in the pictures, I am still in the process to fully equip the apartment with furniture. Unlike other providers, I am not a commercial lessor. It's important for me, that my tenant (you) can feel respected and at home in my apartment, so I will try to make sure that all necessary furniture (and equipment) is there when you arrive (we can discuss this in the chat). Of course I am also there to help you if you need any advice on living in Vienna. On the other hand, I expect you to treat the apartment, the furniture and the neighbors carefully and with respect.
