Hello! I am subletting / subrenting my one-bedroom apartment (+ kitchen & bathroom) for 6 months, available from the 1st of October. The rent is 800€ per month (everything included except from WiFi). Location: the 9th district, Vienna, 15 minutes walking to the Votivkirche / main building of the University of Vienna. It is close to the American Embassy, the Volksoper, and the General Hospital AKH. Transport connection: •10 minutes walking to: U4 (Friedensbrücke) & U6 (Währinger Straße - Volksoper) •2 minutes walking to tram D, 5 & 12 •2 minutes walking to Bus 40A What will remain in the apartment: • 1-person bed (not the one in the photo) • 1 warddrobe • dining table and 6 chairs • the extra fridge What will *not* remain in the apartment: • I will replace the bed with another 1-person bed, so I can take this one with me •the blue sofa • one of the 2 warddrobes •the bookshelf •the coffee machine, airfryer and other kitchen aids • the drawers The building has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers for all apartments, which work with a laundry card which needs to be loaden with 25 euros in order to use this facility.
