    Madison is situated in Wembley Park- London's most exciting new neighbourhood. You'll be living just 12 minutes from central London, with easy access to all major universities and activities in the city. Wembley Park has plenty of restaurants, shops, and cafes, as well as a theatre and designer shopping outlet.

    To the extent permissible by applicable law, we may amend the Agreement from time to time in our sole discretion, without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Sites, and you should review the Agreement prior to using the Sites and/or Services. By your continued use of the Sites and/or Services, you hereby agree to comply with, and be bound by, all of the terms and conditions contained within the Agreement and in effect at that time.

    In order to obtain access to the subscription-based Services, you must first submit the applicable registration data, which may include some or all of the following: (a) your full name; (b) e-mail address; (c) billing address; (d) daytime, evening and/or cellular telephone numbers; (e) date of birth; (f) move in date (g) user name and password (h) credit card information; and/or (j) any other information requested on the applicable form (collectively, “Registration Data”).

    You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete Registration Data, and if this information changes at any time, to update your Registration Data as necessary in order to maintain it in an up to date and accurate fashion. Some of the Registration Data which you provide will be personal information, our use of which is governed by the terms of the [Privacy Policy]. You can change the user name and/or password that you selected during registration at any time through your specific account (“Account”) settings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account, and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur through the use of your Account.

    You may cancel your Account at any time if you are not completely satisfied, by using the cancellation methods provided on the Sites. Upon any termination and/or cancellation of your subscription, your licence grant and right to use the Content, as set forth in Section 8 below, shall immediately terminate.

    The Agreement shall be shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

    It is £50 per month for a dog and £30 per month for a cat. We do also accept other pets, please do let us know what pet and the quantity where we can advise on pet rent accordingly. Depending on your development we do have car parking spaces available, these are secure and underground. Pricing is £200 per month per space.

    As part of the application process, we ask applicants to complete a soft credit check at www.clearscore.com (must have a UK credit history). We require a minimum score of 439 to qualify for Zero deposit. We will need a screenshot of this to us within a maximum of 24 hours of reserving the property. Please note, if we receive this proof after 24 hours, we will not be able to process the 0% deposit. Alternatively, we can proceed with payment of a £1000 security deposit, which will be registered with the TDS and provided you leave the apartment in a good condition will be returned to you once you move out.

    For Madison East, a UK-based guarantor is required.
