Security Deposit : Four Weeks of Rent (Refundable at the end of tenancy)
Booking Deposit: £300 to confirm booking (Adjustable in rent)
Installment Plan: 2 (6 months upfront payment) installments option only available for 12 Months Contract or else full payment.
Guarantor: UK Based Guarantor Required to pay in installments

What is platform fees?

The Platform Fee is a one-time charge that prioritizes your booking and grants access to exclusive pre and post-landing services, potentially saving up to £1,500. This fee is refundable if UniAcco cannot secure the room category and property you select.

Is it Refundable?

You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of payment, after which platform fees will not be refunded (To be added on Cancellation Policy also)

Will the booking fee be refunded to the student?

Fee is non-refundable in case the student decides to swap their accommodation from a non-commissionable property to a commissionable property. Platform Fee is refundable to the student if they decide to cancel their booking within the defined “UniAcco Cooling Off Period”. This period will be upto 48 hours from the months April-September and 5 days from the months October-March.

Why should a student book with UniAcco and not directly with the Property Manager?

We will assist the student with the entire booking process. End-to-end handling of the cancellation process for the student. (Platform Fee won’t be refundable to the student in this scenario). Post Move-In Assistance to the student.

What kind of events are done here?

Our activities and events are varied changing regularly. But they are always selected around our key community pillars, personal and group wellbeing, meaningful engagement and professional growth. Like a HIIT class on a Tuesday, Yin Yang Yoga and Meditation on a Thursday morning and cocktail making on a Saturday night. You can talk to one of our community managers to see what's on this week!

Can I live as a Couple?

Yes of course! We accept couples but the prices are slightly different due to extra utility usage, please get in touch and we can talk you through everything.

What is included in my bill?

The monthly price includes your rent, bills, utilities, communal area cleaning, wifi, community events, access to amenities, discounts to our network of partner services and 24/7 support & security.
