Cancellation Policy:

- Cancel 4 weeks prior to check in, £250 holding fee non-refundable, all of your other
payments will be refunded.
- Cancel 0-4 weeks prior to check in, no refund made.
- Cancel after check in and tenancy start date, no refund made.
* If it’s already past 4 weeks, there is no refund if booking cancelled after any
payment is made.

Cancellation Policy for Visa Refusal:

- Cancel 2+ weeks prior to you check-in: £250 holding fee non-refundable,
- Cancel 0-2 weeks prior to your check-in: £250 holding fee + 2 weeks accommodation
fee non-refundable. You will need to provide evidence, such as your visa refusal letter.
- Cancel after check in and tenancy start date, no refund made.
