- Once the reservation fee is paid a 24 hour cooling off period begins. Within this period the reservation fee will be returned if the customer no longer wishes to go ahead with their booking.
- Beyond this 24 hour period the customer can still terminate their booking but the reservation fee will be kept.
- After moving in a tenant can terminate their contract with 30 days notice by:
- Scenario 1: if no concession was applied the user will pay 2 months rent to terminate the contract
- Scenario 2: if a concession was applied then the user will pay the sum of the value of concession they have accumulated plus 2 months rent
