The Leat Apartments is a private student development in Exeter city centre offering 27 individually designed one-bedroom apartments across three low-rise buildings. Apartments range from 21m² to 53m² — significantly larger than standard PBSA studios — and each features a separate bedroom, ensuite shower room and fully fitted kitchen. Set around a landscaped courtyard garden with a stream, with some apartments offering private terraces. Secure and gated with key fob entry. Couples and pets are welcome. All-inclusive pricing covers utilities, gigabit broadband, fortnightly cleaning and free gym membership. Suited to international students, postgraduates, couples and students seeking privacy and space over shared living. 5 minutes walk to Exeter city centre; 10 minutes by bike to the University of Exeter.

Booking Deposit:- A 1-week rent deposit is required to secure your room with the property.
Security Deposit: 3 weeks' rent
Installmet Plan: 3 installments at the beginning of each semester, Monthly by arrangements
