If you decide to cancel after the start of your licence period then you will be held to the terms of your licence agreement.

Once you have paid your Advance Rent and you have been allocated a room, then should you decide to cancel then the amount equal to the lesser of (i) the Advance Rent and (ii) the amount equivalent to one week’s Licence Fee is non-refundable.
If you have paid the Advance Rent and the licence agreement has been accepted by both parties then you will be held to the terms of the licence until a replacement licensee is found.

No. As per your Licence Agreement, if you’re caught smoking or tampering with smoke/fire detectors you’ll be liable for a fine. There are designated smoking areas at each of our developments which you are welcome to use.
